hello everyone. i am looking into planning a sledding trip for this coming season. i have looked online some and found a few places. i am wanting some ideas on places from you all aswell.
the place must be lady friendly in that it either has private hot tub at the cabin or have hot pools such as halycon hotsprings. i have stayed at glacier house last year and didnt have much to complain about except the snow was horrible. i have been to halcyon years ago when they first started and it has come a long ways for sure but the only down fall is having to drive 40 mins each way for sledding.
what we are looking for is some where that you can ride the sleds right from your cabin/lodge, must have full kitchen or close to it to make your own meals. and have a hotub or something like that for relaxing after sledding.
places we have been: keefer lake, glacier house, grizzly lodge, coquihalla lakes resort, halycon hot springs.
last season i found a place in our area either on here or hcs that was similar to grizzly lodge. it was in the mountains and had a few cabins for rent but i am unable to find it again. if i remember correctly the cabins were light pine colored and had red roofs, and the name/s of the cabin or resort was a persons name? if anyone knows the place im talking about please let me know. thanks in advance
