2013 800 belt drive swap with 2012 600 chain case

Because I dont have access to tools like that and what it would cost me to have it done, it would probably be cheaper to just buy the correct part.
 
Also check your bearings. Both mine were bad. The top was the worst. All the grease was released from excessive heat from the brake rotor.
 
Checked the bearings today.. All seemed fine.. Also decided to just go ahead and mod what I had instead of buying a new one.. grinder with an aluminum disc made quick work of it.. :)

Is it just me or does this look to anybody else that Polaris engineered this for a drop and roll? from the pics if you used the bottom two holes (The chain case and / or bearing plate are currently using the top two bosses and holes) it would effectively drop the driveshaft ~1" and move it back ~1". I don't have my chassis apart to see where the jackshaft ends up by doing this but I will be putting my hairy eyeball on this modification this summer for sure.
