2012 rmk pro 800 service manual

Looks like I have 2010-2012, but its 42MB. Should be the same for most things except the quickdrive related, and maybe some EFI / ECU related stuff.

I also have a 2011-2013 that is 62MB. That would probably be better. Also have a 2013 wiring diagram...
Word you mind sharing the wiring diagram and the 2011-2013 manuals please.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to get to this, life has had me sidelined and I haven't been on the forum the last few weeks.

...and SledEd, don't know how I missed your messages but I did my apologies.

I don't have it handy at the moment, but can get that link to you this evening when I get to my laptop. If you're still looking for the manual, let me know.
As a matter of fact I am. If you still have available. Looking for a picture of how the wiring harness is attached to sled. Just put in a complete brand new motor top to bottom, plug in all the wiring I think in the right places I think full up all the fluids, start pulling it and nothing. No spark, lights don't even flicker when I pull on it. I am so Frustrated at this point I don't know what else to do. Had to walk away for the past day and a half. Still don't know if that is enough time to cool down and clear my head lol

I just sent you a pm. Wiring diagrams are in there. I feel your pain man, that’s frustrating. Take a breather then retrace your wiring, hopefully it’s something simple.

If it has a tether; unhook it!! I just went through that on a 2014 on a rebuild..
It had no spark after the rebuild; when I bought it the tether was disconnected and I hooked it back up.. I was lucky and was able to retrace my steps fairly easily..

TSS is another no-spark possibility. Sorry for your frustration, been there done that on a 2008 Dragon / Carls 860 big bore... don't recall what actually ended up fixing it, switched out coils, stator, voltage regulator, fuel pump, etc. etc. (been a few years, no spark and/or no fuel issue), but a TSS bypass is a quick test or start with loose (very) throttle cable to see if that helps.

How do I go about bypassing the TSS? I have changed the voltage regulator, checked for continuity on the spark plug caps and the ignition coils, everything seems to be fine there. Mind you I have never used multimeters before once or twice in my house but never anything like this. So I don't even know if I am doing things correctly. Been searching for videos to see if anyone has a video up showing how to trouble shoot this problem and how to check for bad wires and how to check stator and what not. Haven't found anything in regards to Polaris snowmobile. All kinds on scooters and motorcycle, but it is not quite the same thing. Really getting frustrated here. Winter is going to be over soon and I have not been able to go out once this year. Same with last year, no snow, lakes were not frozen very well. I think I went out 3 times last year.

I bought my TSS bypass from a fellow snowester. I keep it in my sled for emergencies since sometimes we are WAY in the backcountry and if I have a TSS related issue I can still get home.
Let me check my PM history and see if I can find him.
I get the frustration. Checking the stator for ohms using a multimeter is pretty straightforward. Did you ever find a copy of hte manual / wiring diagram? I don't recall (I am at work now) if you said you have spark or not and if you have fuel or not... I might have a copy of the service manual if I dig around (electronically).

Here it is: chrisperkins.idaho@gmail.com he was active today also, so a PM to @Perk should work also. Not sure he still makes them but he should. They work all the way up to current models I believe. If they have a different one for the Matryx I shoudl sell you mine and buy a new one lol
In fact I am going to ask him now.

Thanks for the shout-out Sledhed. Yes, I still make the bypass' and they work on all Polaris sleds from 2010 to 2024. I think in 2025 Polaris stopped using a TSS sensor (from what I have heard). I also read a few of the posts above (working today so not a lot of time to read everything), TSS failure won't prevent spark, you can still fire up the sled, you just can't rev it high enough to engage the clutch, the ECU will sense the fault and limit your ignition so you can't get above engagement rpm.
