2012 pro rmk running high AFR

just installed a boost it box on my 012 pro with silber turbo bc of the af was running high.... it would start at 18 at idle and as i hit the throttle is drops to 16 and then jumps high to 20 or so. boost it box and silber box doing the same thing..... everything seems good with the throttle body/boot and it dont seem to have any air ingress.
maybe a fuel problem? stock injectors maybe?

Sounds hot to me 2 stroke mtrs like 13 to 13.5 full load 12 being slightly rich 4 strokes like 14.7 16 , 18 ,,20 are way lean
check your pump and fuel filter

If you're using the innovative gauge that came with the kit I'd suggest trying an aem or something else. Seen two innovative gauges now idling at 17-18 that were changed out for aem's that showed correct ratios after the change.

Is it idling fine, around 1850rpm? If its idling high, then it's lean, if its idling low it may be rich. I had to adjust my threshold on my boost it one click down to get it to idle norma(i am at sea level) basically adds a little fuel earlier. If its idling fine, then it could be a bad sensor or gauge.

seems to be idling good, rmps are a little low..around 1600.
afr going really high to about 22.5, talked to neil at boost it and he said TPS so i got my buddy coming with the diagnostic computer tonight try in figure it out.

Did your friends calibrate the innovate afr's?

I have had a AEM afr, and that does not hold upp good in snow and the cold.

At idle I think it will be possible for it to be lean you have no real push of exhaust in its pure form I think your gauge is just reading ambient outside air along with exhaust. Once your in the throttle say just cruising slowly is it more steady of a reading then?

Try changing out the sensor on the a/f gauge. Not the whole gauge itself just the sensor. Mine always start to read high when they are about to go bad. They hate race gas.

I've always run the aem brand which auto calibrate. But if you have a spare sensor it would be a quick check.

My Silber turbo MTX AFR was perfect after install (recalibrated). After 6 days of riding gauge would be go really lean in mid cruse (18-22) and idle was 17-18. I tried to recalibrate again with no change. 10 mins after the reclibrate, I installed a AEM my brother had; problem gone. Sled went right down to 13.8 - 14 at idle. Cory (Boston) told me they have had problems with the sensor. New Silber kits come with a AEM again this year (whats that tell ya?).

Good luck!
