2012 800 pro rmk would not start

so on my 3rd time out on my sled which i had driven the day before without an issue it would not start when i went to unload. I pulled it over 20 + times would not fire. yes the key was on and kill switch was up. i tried changing the spark plugs and still would not go. i then had someone hold the thottle wide open and 2nd pull fires up. i let it run for a few minutes and shut it off and it ran perfect for the rest of the day. anyone have this happen to them or have an idea what it may be? wondering if i should take it in or just see what happens next time im out.

I had the same thing happen. Thought it was a tps. Turned out to be moisture in throttle cable was frozen and activating the tss.

Have seen it on at least 20 different sleds!! If it won't start after couple pulls hold it wide open they fire right up!!

throttle cable freeplay is to loose and activating the tss. Holding it wide open gets past it.

X2 - just tighten the cable - they stretch a bit. Take out all the free play and you should have no problems. I adjusted my "11 about 5 times last year and this year combined and have adjusted my '12 twice already this year.
