2012 600 Gearing and clutch Suggstion?

Looking for thoughts on what people have done to the 600 to help out with a little better low end go. The wifes sled seems to engage at a high RPM and seems to take a little more throttle to get going causing a little trenching and sometime a good stick in the deep snow.
What I would like to accomplish is getting the sled moving with less RPM and throttle to allow a little more throttle control.
Sled clutch is set up for above 8500 feet (which is where we ride) and stock gearing. Don't really know a ton about this but thinking that a lower gear ratio would help and what ever it takes to get just a little bit lower engagement RPM on the clutch. Suggestions on what has worked and not worked please.
Thanks in advance

Spring change

Check belt wear, a worn belt will cause higher engagement. Too much deflection (this is shown by the belt riding low in the secondary sheaves) will also create higher engagement. Finally, a primary spring with a lower initial rate will reduce engagement RPM - maybe look for a spring with a 110# start rate with the same finish as the stocker. If you go to low, you will likely end up with a bog - one has to remember the 600's have considerably less torque then their 800 counterparts. I do not have a spring chart in front of me - the stock rate should be listed in your owner's manual (likely a 130# starting rate, with a 320-330# finish). Hope this helps.

Put a 19t top and carls clutch kit in the wifes 600 155

Also setup the skid for her and now it works awesome..... no trenching at all. just up and outta the snow.

Is the stock gear a 20?
I made the skid adjustments that helped out a ton.

Thanks
