That you have to drop another 7-8k into to make it have any horsepower at all and then you can't boondock with it? Just sit on a hill and point and shoot all day? \o/ woo hoo.
My Nytro will boondock with you all day long, I like roostin through the trees just as much as climbin and jumpin!
He'd crap himself, he's a 125 HP at elevation kinda guy. Nothin scarey gonna happen there.

i interrupt this "yamaha can/can't perform?" program for this important sledding announcement.
Yamaha is morons! How can one company be so far off base in creating a snowmobile when they have everything they need to produce the best one on the market? $15,000 for that?!? We have a serious drug problem in the world and it starts with the engineers at yamaha. That is the best they could come up with? They need to stick to pianos, where being heavy isn't that big of deal. I'm just dieing to go back to a 4-stroke yamaha, but they need to come up with a real mountain sled.
You may now resume the "yamaha can/can't perform" program.
You know nothing of what is done to my sled or how it runs at elevation. I've yet to see anything that makes me crap myself, if you have something that will, bring it. But you ride HARLEYS, so one would assume that you don't.
I know this is going to sound retarded, but wtf is BNG?
Ohhh i love snowest fights, time to get the popcorn!!
Well tell you what buttercup, I don't need to ride with ya to know yer a bit inexperienced. All we gotta hear is you spouting about t-yammi's being only point and shoot capable tells me and the rest of the net, you're a bit sheltered. It'll do it all buckshot.....you just need the sack !! You shoulda saved your $29.95 you spent on subscription fees and maybe saved it in a "scrotum for peejay" fund.
Hmmm. Honestly, All I ever read from you is you starting chit with other members, doesn't matter who. You never talk about riding, you just squawk for the sake of argument. You bag on me for having 2 friends, well that's two more than you have. Sheltered, nah. You can keep your boosted Yammie, even if it can boondock, I prefer the lighter sleds as do most of the guys posting in this thread. I'm not worried bout the $29.95, your ol' lady left a couple Hundred on my nightstand the other night.
so you are saying you ride in areas that are difficult for a sled but easy for a snowhawk or bike?also, what i would call "real tree riding" is much too hard to film...as you hardly have enough room to squeeze a sled around
Havent addressed the weight issue????? Are you kidding that thing is way lighter than an Apex.Shhhhh....don't tell anyone, but I found a super double secret video of Yamaha's 2012 mountain sled. WAY more advanced than the new 2011 Apex. They still haven't addressed the weight issue, but still looks pretty sweet. Here is just a couple features that will make you AMAZED:
Power steeringA turbo producing 400hp....oh yeah, finally a factory turbo!Of course...BNG....BIG NEW GRAPHICS! It will turn heads!
I've said too much already...shhhh.....just watch the video.
