2011 rmk pro 155

Looks nice. Have no interest in it with a 800 like we have now. In a 700 maybe. Have 2 800s now 04 and 09 not going to be let down again!! Polaris seems to be a slow learner. So please give us a sled that does not leave us stranded some place. Get some workman ship back into your sleds. Panels that line up -wires that dont rub! Pay your CEO less and get workers that care and have pride in the sled that they are building for someone who has worked hard to be able to buy a new sled! You have a great chassis but give us what is lacking with your product. I think this is your last chance with many of us so dont come out with something that is not good just to have a new model.

Polaris Industries Announces Acquisition of Engine-Developer swissauto Powersports

Minneapolis— Polaris Industries today announced its acquisition of swissauto Powersports. Based in Burgdorf, Switzerland, swissauto has expertise in designing and developing high-performance and high-efficiency engines and innovative vehicles. The acquisition will further strengthen Polaris’ global engine and vehicle design capability while also enhancing the company’s European presence.

Founded in 1987, swissauto’s core capabilities are in development, prototyping and manufacturing of internal combustion engines. Polaris has a long history of working with swissauto. The high-performance, four-stroke Weber engine that Polaris uses in several current snowmobile models was developed by swissauto.

In addition to recreational vehicle engines, swissauto also has a strong tradition of developing top-tier racing engines for World Motorcycle GP. The company’s V4 2-stroke 500cc engine drove to 29 wins, 41 poles and 3 World Championships during the 1990s.

A completely new racing bike was also developed by swissauto and competed aggressively against larger Japanese OEMs during the late 1990s. This bike achieved the pole position twice during it’s first season of racing and ranked in the top ten several times.

“Swissauto has industry leading powertrain design and development capabilities and a strong understanding of turbo-charging and high-performance engines,” said Polaris Chief Executive Officer, Scott Wine. “This acquisition directly supports our stated objectives to be the best in powersports and a global market leader.”

Polaris acquired the powersports portion of swissauto and will continue to operate in the current swissauto facility located in Burgdorf, Switzerland. The automotive division of swissauto was not involved in this acquisition and will continue to operate autonomously

You change the clock on your own computer. If you have windows, double click on the clock in teh lower right corner.

BUT, it doesn't work now...they fixed it so you can't do that.

It also has a coilover skid and back to coil shocks.
Walker airs look to be gone.

I do see new bumpers again.

Not sure if this bulkhead is different on the rmk..but the shorty Rush is a different bulkead than the IQ's bumper.

Can't tell but it doesn't look like the riser that the std RMK had. Looks more like the protapers.

Who cares?

Looks mean nothing. My 900 looked real good on my computer before I bought it. I think Polaris has the nicest looking sleds for the last 9 years.

well.

I'm hopin they "poo" pulled their head out on the engine stuff. And it looks to me like they made alot of positive changes on this new ride.

I hope to ride one soon because, the more I look at it, the better it starts to look, and I'm thinkin there will be one on the deck for next year.

As for the other side of the deck,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, it's lookin like the doo.

UPDATE:
site say 431lbs...........
carbon fiber rear bumper............
boards are not bad either.........
ha ha, ported snow flap, every little bit helps I guess............

Says it still has the 800 CFI I wonder if anything has changed on that?

Go to the poo site and turn your clock ahead, you can see it all...
