I have a 2011 Pro RMK 800. I keep burning out my high beams. I checked all the heat grips, they are fine. What I am seeing is when I shut off my heat grips, that is when my high beams burn out. When my heat grips are on my high beams will work. I checked grounds, totally disconnected all my heat grips, checked my relay and checked my voltage regulator. What else can I look for?

Still sounds like a voltage regulator on the way out to me... if you can substitute a known good one from another sled that would be the best way to tell for sure, if you have not already.
Edit: The only reason it would keep burning them out that I can think of is over-voltage, and over-voltage can only be the VR issue, sorts in wiring etc. would be undervoltage or power to the lights out completely... low beam does not burn out though, strange.
