Is anyone having any luck fixing the midrange burble? There are 3 sleds in my area that do this that I know of and getting very frustrated. Have one sled that runs great no issues whatsoever. Any ideas or fixes that are confirmed to work. Not trying to create problems but there are 3-sleds in the small group I ride with that do this and dealers in our area say nothing wrong blah blah blah.

Dont know if this will help but my brother had similer issue with his 11 pro, started out just same only had 150 mi at time and dealer stated it was still in breakin mode he rode 2 more times, got worse to the point of was fouling mag spark plug . He decided to take to another dealer they found debris in mag injector from fuel lines, pulled other side found same thing ,they warr componets and put new injectors in , runs great 400 mi hope this helps.

Have even tried replacing injectors on our dime on one sled. fuel quality is good just at a loss.

Mine has also been doing this alll season long since the word go. Been back and forth to the dealer several times and still not fixed. They have reset or fixed a TPS voltage issue, checked some switch by throttle body, and ran all diagnostic reports but nothing. As of yesterday and word from other people they are now saying plug caps. Some from factory had the rubber moulding interfere with where it contacts your plug and create a bad connection I looked at mine last night and cant see any moulding interferene but they are super dirty?? They must be arcing out in there for them to get that filthy? They've always been snapped on plugs tight to where you here them click so not an issue of caps not on tight either. Anybody else check this or have this fix their issue?? Thanks

i replaced mine with cat plug caps and my bog is gone 100 plus miles since and runs good.

We have been thru the plug caps and wires not the problem. We actually had a sled that we fixed last night knock on wood. It had a power valve that was not working properly. The power valve had some casting material that was holding it up once we cleaned it off it worked fine. I will try to get pictures on here tonight.

interesting that you mentioned the power valve. I had an '03 600 that had a mid-range bog and there was corrosion in the valve body where the shaft slides through. Once I replaced that, the bog was gone.

Have you tried adding more spring in the secondary. Mine did the same thing and went to a much stiffer spring and the bog has gone away. Also what plugs are you running heard a few stories with the bpr9es having issues and people having luck going to the 57cc champions.

It is not in clutching. Some of our sleds have ran fine until around 4 or 5 hundred miles then acting up a little. Mine has done it since day one. I have tried up in spring and down and no change.

Mine is at the Dealer right now, for a Mid range bog, happens in the 6000 to 7500 rpm range, started doing it around 400 miles, and only happens on the trail, getting from point a to point b, never had it happen on a climb or side hill. Dealer is scratching his head, as there has been nothing come up on the computer, and they are awaiting for polaris to get back with them. Other than that, the sled has been awesome!!

mid range burrble

2011 polaris switchback assault....400 mi........same issues....stumbles at 5350 rpm-6600 rpm...peg throttle it stalls briefly for an instant...let up on throttle she goes..Checked plugs, and plug wires/caps, regapped to .018....looked at wires....all ok...No codes to user, and none to dealer on diganostic check...Dealer consulted with polaris directly for diagnostic help....Polaris said replace injectors.....Problem solved !!! Hope this helps !!!

injectors

I also had a stumble in the midrange, mine had the yellow injectors in it, took to dealership they replaced injectors and has run flawless ever since then, take a mirror and look at your ecu, which is mounted to oil tank, and it will tell you what color your injectors are, hope this helps

In my group one of the sleds has had the injectors replaced on our dime not the dealer, it did not fix the problem. We have cleaned the exhaust valves on two of these sleds we know that one is fixed for sure I will post tomorrow evening and let everyone know my results on my personal sled that I have cleaned the valves on. On the stand it seems to be fixed will let everyone know after I ride it for a day. I wil post pics on what I have changed on the valves if it works correctly all day. Thanks to all who have replied.

Mine was doing the same crap ....Dealer reset my TPS still did it ....So one day I was riding the trails and it was bogging just about all the time ,,,I pulled over tothe side unplugged my 10% ethanol Plug and put the Non Ethanol Plug in and it has never Bogger again (Bout 400Miles ago) .....Oh and My sons was doing the same we switched the plug on his and it fixed it ......

bog

another new sled here would not run from day one midrange bog, soleniod motor was shot. vice grip off the hose and see if your problem still exists.

....

We were low on Fuel this weekend and ended up putting 89octane with 10% Ethanol ....We left the non Ethanol plugs in and still no issues other then we could tell the power and speed loss right away

I can find the Bog Right at 3/4 Throttle.. on the trail.

Or in the deep.. at 3/4 going in to deeper snow aka like a drift
This weekend i cleaned my Valves..

Even more noticeable now GRRRR..

Now after i cleaned them i took it out.. it happend over 20 times in a short 10 mile ride

Dealer looking in to it.. grr
