2011/2012 Snow and Trail Conditions

All of U.P. is under a winter storm warning for 24 hrs starting Wednesday morning. 8-12" of wet and heavy.

East end got very little so far, 2". Iron Mountain area has gotten hit the hardest, along with northern Wisconsin. Upwards of 15". West was in the 6-8" range.

Marquette/Negaunee/Ishpeming area received 12-30" over the weekend depending on where you go. Snow was neck deep in the trees yesterday in our secret spot. 30" of powder on top of a 24" base on the level, with drifting made for an excellent day!

This iz it boys gets ur jollies in the next couple or it's game over here in Michigan. See y'all next year.. Still good spring stuff right now but by the end of this warm spell it's gonna be all over... Headed west April 1 st unwilling to let this be the end!
