Got my seat today.

how easy are the seats to mount onto the 09 and older chassis

Seems easy. They give you 2 new bolts to us. They bolt in where the gas tank bolts to he tunnel. Remove the current bolts set the seat on an install the new bolts. Seems very easy.

only 2 bolts hold the seat on, how about the rear of the seat, what holds it so it wont flop around? just wondering how solid it is.

Anybody else recieve theirs yet? I am in Western Oregon and my dealer says they have kept changing the backoreder date but I see on here that people are getting them.

I got mine on today. It installed in 15 minutes, but it isn't quick release. It is nice and not too soft for me (200 pounder), and it looks sweet. Lots of storage and a nice height.

Mine too. Last I heard it was "confirmed to ship on Aug 26th via 2 day fedex". Still not here.

Oh well, no snow for 3 months anyway.....

How firm are these new seats, they say that there taller but I don't want to sink into the thing three inches. I would be interested in trying one for the killer price of 300. compared to the Boss witch is @ 488. now that I have found and what colors do they offer?
