I didnt like the seat when i first saw it yesterday, but the more i look at it its growing on me. Who knows there could be more room in this seat than the last one. Everything just gets soaked, and black under my seat so i just use it to store empty beer cans and powerades anyway. What does the Boss Ice dog look like?

New seat looks good I might put one on my 07 m1. The old seats suck to low. Storage WTF every thing I put under the old seat gets SOAKED the only thing that gets stored under there is empty beer cans.

I like it alot. Sure the rearangle of it could have been a bit smoother but this will get the work done.
Actually heading to my local dealer tommorow to discuss a purchase of the M8LE.
Loving the black on black, god good i must have one.
The thing i find very funny is how people can nag about finally getting a higher seat fresh of the block. And not scream and claw about the fugly graphics on the regular versions. Thats just awful, must have been some good ol hippie designing those

New Seat

That seat might lookgay but after riding my buddy's '09 w/boss my stock '06 is almost unbearable. I also thought it looked a bit odd at first look but so did the xp, but I noticed the way the seat is sculpted in ahead of the knee's ? by the tank with it sitting higher and the shape might make for a nice feel maybe a bit like a bike?

The '10 Crossfire LE has a SS (stubby seat) so it should work on a '09.

I like it. Damn if they would of had that in 08 it would of saved me $500. I have the Boss seat on mine and it was the best Mod i did. The wife has the low seat on her M8 and i hate riding it(to low). I kind of like the looks of it.

looks like they used the same mold as the 09 sno check boss seat, for a stock seat I give it two thumbs up. I have three cats all have boss seats. I even bought one for my kids m5, I don't think I would have bought any of them if they would have had seats like this previously.

finally getting closer to a motocross seat. Maybe with a better suspension design, sleds wouldnt need 12 inches of foam in the seat.

I like the new short seats. Now the question will it fit on a Firecat? I am not getting a new sled for another year or two so I need to get a seat. This is a cheaper solution then Boss.

I don't mind the seat at all. Only problem is it going to be the same foam as the 06-09 seats?? We all know what happens after a days riding. They soak up water and end up weighing around 20-25lbs.

I will opt for a Boss seat.
