I agree 100% with having rules for everyone to follow. Thank you for the explanation. Bill is a good friend of mine and he is pretty much a 'good ol boy'. He always removes everything he can from his sleds that he doesn't think he needs. Not just for an event, but for everyday riding.

Bill ran good like he did last year. There was really no need for him to do that, he was very competative last year and looked like he could be this year.
