I told you I would bring some snow down with me from AK when I drove down. It was snowing all the way from FSJ through the Pine Pass and almost to PG. Picked up my new Kitty yesterday and now it is snowing here. You all owe me :)

First Tracks on Brohm

From: Erin Hart (Black Tusk Snowmobile Club) Brohm Ridge in Squamish

Our club President, Barry Groundwater, just reported in. He and George Nagy-Deak made first tracks of the season to the cabins and up on top to 'Little Bowl'.
According to Barry, there is about 8" at the cabins and about 15-24" on the Ridge.
He doesn't recommend any further riding until after this weekend when there is more snow on the ground.

Does anyone know if they web cam will be fixed this year? I hope so

As per Erin of Black Tusk, the camera is currently in transit from Ontario after being repaired. It should be back up and running either this weekend or the following weekend, whenever he gets time to re-install it.

Down pouring in Squamish And -2 at mid station and -5 at the peak sounds like we will be sledding this weekend

Just came back from Brandywine about an hour ago and bad news. There is no snow almost all the way up to the shelter. 0 snow . It is pouring down hard up there and freezing level is sitting at 3000 for the next few days. I was going to take pics but it was too foggy and raining too hard to take my camera out. I'm going to head back closer to the weekend to take the ol dog out so I will post some pics friday-ish.

Barry and George went sledding again yesterday but I have no report yet. Camera should be fixed this week.

Anyone sign up for an avy course yet at Brohm?

Talked to my crew in Lilloet this am and there is no snow in Bralorne/Goldbridge yet. Said it was down about 800 ft into the alpine. Late season. 15 degrees in 100 mile house today.
