2009 YFZ450R Quad ?

Those KTM quads are spendy. Or at least up here they are. JMO but I think any stock MX bike has more than enough engine and suspension for the the average guy. Work on improving your riding skills and utilizing what you got.

so the 505 is better then the older 525?

If I remember right, the 525 was really just a 505. For some reason they just changed the name. There's really not that much difference, besides the stickers. I can't imagine too many people on here that could use the full potential of any of the newer 450's. You crack the throttle in 3rd gear in the sand, and the front end almost comes over on you. There all so close, just pick your favorite color, and go with that.

They are very spendy, but there built to race right out of the box. You don't need a full exaust system, you don't need a new suspension set up. By the time you spend a few grand into the other quads getting them ready to race, your gonna end up being about the same price. There more for the serious racers. The average guy wouldn't know the difference. IMO
