2009 ski doo 800 summit knock sensor

I have an 09 ski doo 800 summit that has a knock sensor flashing all the time. Any way to cure this issue?

do you have a aftermarket head on it?

Completely stock other than the can. Hit a big drift and snow got in to intake and sensor came on.

I'm having the same problem on same sled but i just had a new engine put in, brought it home fired it up & knock sensor was on. Checked wires, bolt, all seems good. Anyone have any ideas?

Sensor

Knock sensors are strange in each one has a "personality". Try a different known good sensor before doing anything else.

i have seen a few with water in the air box.. a few have had holes in the air box from being rolled... but anyway ... the water in there keeps getting in the motor and making the knock sensor go off... i would pop the air box off and check it out, it is pretty easy to get off..there are a bunch of spots water can hide in the air box.. and look for a hole in the front below the headlight
