Hi everybody,
just want to let everybody know how great that company(in particular, Steve and jerry) are.................i had a problem with the suspension and called at ezryde and talked with Steve and a few minutes after, case was solved and new parts on there way to my adress.....WOW that is service at is best, again WWWWWWOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWW!!!! these guys aren't just the best suspension out there, but also the best ever customer service i have ever experienced in my entire life in the aftermarket business.

I would say that's service at it's second best....at it's best would be correct parts to begin with....but it's nice to see they follow through without issue to fix something, more than can be said of some businesses.

I have delt with ez ryde a few times now after bending the front of the rails and mounting with a rear mount turbo. They sent parts out asap at no charge to me (warranty). They have been awsome at answering all my question and anything I needed. They definately stand behind their product. They are great to deal with.

That is definatly a great reputation to have these days.
I hope i dont have any problems with mine. But if i do I am confident it will be fixed.
Another top notch customer service company is LCC in Alpine WY. I seen it first hand this weekend with a customers sled. Sled would not run and Troy ended his day of riding to fix this sled with no charge. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
