The General Avalanche Hazard is LOW. Strong winds and dense new snow have created very shallow pockets of wind slab on steep, wind-loaded slopes near ridgelines. Backcountry travelers might be able to trigger one of these pockets, but the consequences should be relatively minor. Avalanches are unlikely below 9,000 feet.
