2005 vector questions

Who has ridden the Vector mountain? How heavy do they feel, I know they are heavier overall, are they a good boondocker, could a woman feel comfortable on one.

I have put about 1500 miles on a 05 vector mt. It is my dad's sled. It is a good handling comfortable sled. My wife 5'08" 130 has also rode it and liked it. It all depends on what you are looking for, what type of riding she will be doing and what type of rider she is. I bought an apex this year and can no longer stand to ride the 95 vector. happy to answer any more questions

Aside from the power,I prefer to ride the Vector,I think it boon docks better,it's easier to bend around the trees,boosted,it's da bomb....Right Shane.

nothing but good things to say about it but iam not a lady:Dit is definitely more comfy & easier to ride than the apex for me. but it is not a power monster but more like a tractor when stock does not go fast just keeps on chugging along.if she is not a extreme rider she should have no prob with it if she is you could always get one with a little boost.like i tell everybody try to get out for a day or 2 on it so she can decide everybody seems to like different things.:beer;:beer;

I just moved into an '05 Vector (boosted) a few weeks ago, and love it! My last ride was an underpowered Rev, and I've found the transition quite easy. Yes, it's heavier but it didn't take me long to get the feel for it. Now I can't wait for the weekends!

Moved over to the dark side huh.

I couldn't even follow the 'dark side' around to get close enough to film them. Now, it's no problem! :D

I just had the rider forward kit put on it. I haven't ridden it yet, but what a difference just standing on it! I would recommend that kit to anyone!
