last ride everything was fine and now today sled started fine then shut it off to add oil before leaving parking area and the sled will start ok but only running on one cylinder. both have spark and everything seems normal. any help?

Maybe ice in one carb. Get it into a warm area.
Was working on my friends 03 Escape which was doing the same as yours, found a broken slide and needle in one of the carbs. Just something you may want to check.
got it figured out. somebody, me, forgot to shut the fuel off after the last ride and the crank case was flooded pretty good. drained that and she ran just fine. thanks for the input everybody.
