2.6 power claw mod

Take a worn out blade and grind off all the teeth with bench grinder or large file whatever you have and sharpen it like a knife blade , this will work best.

I held off for awhile. Did this to my 09 turbo with 153 2.25 track. Much less nose lift and got on snow better. To cut mine off, I used medium blad and sawzall. I clamped a pair of heavy, large vise grips on lug end for each cut...came off easily.

nice i know this is late but im planning on performing this mod on my m7 with 162 PC thanks for the info

Oh no you fell for it, Cat can sell you another track. Look at all them poor little Powerclaw teeth in the bucket.
Just Kidding, best mod I did to my 153 2.6 before I went to a 174 Camso 280. Took the POS 155 Polaris track off wifes 600 RMK and put the trimmed 153 PC on it and it improved it immensely. Trimmed PC is so much smoother when going deep.
