Still see quite a few in the dunes, bunch with CR 500 motors in them, crazy ride!

I'm still the proud owner of an 84' ATC 200x, Wiseco hi comp piston, ported, piped, cam, big carb, etc... very fast for an old XR 200 motor, really want to supermotard the thing and make it street legal!

I used to race three wheelers back in the day! Had an 85 250r and an 86 tri-z 250.

I stuffed an old ATC350X motor into a TRX250X chassis back in 1991.
That sucka screemed !
Same as the ATC350X.... The TRX chassis wouldn't keep the front end planted under accelleration

^^^Grandfather had an XR-350(same motor) that had a Powroll 416(?) kit in it, he said that thing would flat out rip your arms off! One of those kits in a 350x would be fun.

My summer project is an 85' 200x frame with a big-bore 85' XR-500 motor in it. Set it up low, kinda for TT/flat track and get her street legal. Should be flat out scary to ride!

Kinda liked the nimble 200 chassis... used to flat track one in rodeo arenas in the 80's

5 of us had 250R 4 wheelers. Another had a Banshee.
I thought I was a pretty decent rider, so I raced a few times.
Needless to say, riding with your buddies is a WHOLE different story than racing
against guys who have raced for awhile!!!!!
Got my butt kicked, but had a freaking blast!
One of those things that I am so thankful I did when I was young!

the triz and tecate are bad *** too. i just had a 110 but dreamed of 350x or 250r. when i have been down to glamis there is alot of them still alive and well
