hey guys i have 2011 pro assault and i was curious as to what all i would need to do to put a 174 underneath this sled? sorry if this has been asked before!

One big problem with putting a 174 onto a 155 or smaller tunnel is you will have issues with cooling. A U shaped cooler needs to be put in where the extension is.

You'll need rail's or extensions, tunnel extension, 3in. pitch drivers, and track.

Roughly $150 rail ext, $200 tunnel ext., $200 driver, and $950 track. I don't know why a tunnel extension would affect cooling. The entire heat exchanger is still getting snow on it and your not adding any power.

I put a 174 onto a customers assault and it had major issues with cooling on the trail. So this is not just a wild assumption.. The last 6 inches of the tunnel is a good majority of your cooling ability since it is where lots of snow is directed.

If you do have a sled with the front cooler it can pull it off, should have been more specific to the type of sled.
