16ltd will not start

The smart valves actually seem pretty finicky and prone to misbehaving, at least on the older ('12, '13) Procrosses and Proclimbs. Sounds like many moved the valve with the bleed port to the front of the tank and/or added a bypass. Starting to think this is the root issue for the '16 I'm looking at.

Had the same issue on my 12. Found 2 of the smart valves sticking open causing it to suck air on a hard lean to one side. Pulled the assembly out and freed those up. No more issues.
