I know you just talk crap like that to stir the pot, but I'm curious, do you have anything to base that claim on?

well in defense of lhf...he does have a base for that claim....it was a subject/project that was a few months of the grade one class that he attended in his elementary school....and sadly enough he failed grade one four years:eek::eek:...so he is probably close to an expert...:rolleyes:

Actually I dont because who would be stupid enuff to put a 15 wide on an XP but if someone was stupid enuff I think thats what would happen.

uh ya, who said anything to the contrary?
It would take an idiot to think a sled that weighs 150 lbs more will outclimb another sled because you switch to a 15 wide track

The only reason an XP works half assed is because it has a 16 wide. Put a 15 wide on it and even the Yamahas would spank it.
It would also take an idiot to think that highmarks on the hill are only a function of track surface area and not a combination of factors like ski pressure, approach angle, rolling resistance, power to weight, track speed, etc. If your thought process were even remotely close to reality, we would all be driving utility sleds with 20" X 156" tracks and 15 mph track speeds.

Come back and try again lhf. :D
