16' pro.......408#..........160hp

I highly doubt it. Producing 4 different packages just for the mountain segment? Cost of production would be ridiculous

They have that now for 2015, a rmk, pro rmk, and terrain dominator.

Doo has a sp, x and a x t3

Cat has the m, m sno pro, and sno pro limited.

I'll bet a Steak dinner that there will be a sub 400 pound RMK version out.

I suspect there will be a choice of tracks on snowcheck models only. Not just length but also lug size.

I'll take that bet on sub 400lb factory 2016 155 RMK.

Well, the 2013 to 15 is 417.
Can't imagine it's hard for them to find nearly 17lbs to drop.

BTW, what/when is the next emissions benchmark/standards? What do they have to accomplish for that?

17' I think...........

I'm about 100% sure one of the new RMK's will be seen in West this weekend. I predict 36" front end, longer spindles, narrow body panels, narrow running boards, higher running boards, deeper track, less than 400#, and more than 160 hp. One of the versions should be similar to riding a snowbike...............:face-icon-small-hap

Dealor Knows

Big dealer here in ID must know something big is coming as they are dumping all their used Pro Chassis sleds at a big discount

I pretty excited for the 16's and I hope it's something big but didn't we all think something huge was coming last year?

I was going to post the link too. Funny somebody already posted it. I won't be getting one but they look interesting.

Passing on what I heard about 16' pro.....408# with 160 hp
2.7 track
no more bonded a-arms
cast alum upper a-arms (like burandts hillcross sled)
lower geared quick drive
3" narrower body work
other changes..........

Maybe this is old news but, I'm not on here a bunch so I apologize in advance...........If its not........well your welcome

I have heard the exact same info but also:

Smaller drivers, 7 or 8 tooth
possible 2.9" lug height (maybe option?)
lighter rear suspension
No 36" front end as I specifically asked this.

Watched the video a couple times this is what I came out of it. Obviously a whole new sled (as we expected).

I see a
Different front suspension looks very narrow, different track design and possibly narrower than 15".

In the final silouette photo the tunnel looks like it sits very tall and the suspension looks different

We are getting a blizzard on the East Coast and polaris releases this. I'm pumped.
