I can now say I've officially joined this part of the forum. After several years of financial hardship and riding a 10 year old sled with all my riding partners on new M-8's and Pro RMK's. My 03 800RMK 159 used to be the trail breaker, last year I was the one they broke trail for. I've stayed away from letting myself ride any of my buddies machines because I knew I'd want one even more than I already did.
Last week my wife landed a job after being a stay at home Mom for the past few years and the refinance of the house went thru the numbers looked good enough for me to get a new ride. Applied for a loan last week and was approved. I've been like a little kid waiting for Christmas for today, drove almost 600 miles round trip, left at 7am and got home just before 8 tonight with my new toy. Now just waiting for my "Retrobution" wrap kit to get mailed to me so it'll be a little more "custom"
Now watch after getting 435 inches last year it probably won't snow here now.....
Congrats! A person is much more appreciative of acquiring a new toy, or any other item for that matter, after having endured some form of financial hardship/restriction.................Good for you!

BTW, you will truly enjoy your new machine...............Stepping from my '05 Edge RMK 800 159 onto the '11 Pro RMK 800 163 was the same "leap" as when I stepped off my '97 Summit 670 136 onto the Edge - You'll be left wondering how you mananged before!!!
