After weeding through tons of threads and getting little bits and pieces of info from all of them I figured I would take the time to try and make a complete thread with weight comparisons too. I weighed everything that came off and went on.

Parts list I used/weight in lbs.

12 Pro RMK

Rotor: 2.222
Chain case w/bolts n cover: 4.704
Collar/Tensioner: 0.346
Bolts: 0.110
Jack shaft: 4.552
19T top gear: 0.370
42 bottom gear: 1.430
Chain: 1.858
Total weight: 15.592lbs

13 Pro RMK

Rotor: 1.842
Back plate: 2.258
Tension pulley: 1.516
Bolts for kit: 0.298
Jack shaft: 4.032
Top 2.17 Pulley: 0.866
Bottom pulley: 1.544
Belt: 0.296
Total weight 12.652lbs

Total difference: 2.94lbs
Total rotating mass with belt is 1.852lbs lighter

Not sure the difference between having a block pressing against the chain vs a pulley for the tensioner but id assume the pulley is a lot better than dragging a chain over a hunk of hard plastic.

You can use the jack shaft from the 12 but ya have to machine out the 13 brake rotor a little to fit over the splines where it bottoms out before seating against the bearing and use a collar spacer on the outside of the upper pulley to get the bolt to tighten down on it. I also am changing to the 13 brake caliper.

Had to grind a little off of the bulk head to get the plate to sit flush. There is a photo floating around that I cant find of what needs to be done. I'll keep looking for it. I had to notch out the metal bracket for the battery on the bulkhead so the mounting bracket of the TKI would fit. The swap took some time but all and all it was fairly easy to do. I bought everything including the kit used and I think I stayed under 800 bucks.

Found the picture of the bulkhead ya have to grind down.

Checked the bearings today.. All seemed fine.. Also decided to just go ahead and mod what I had instead of buying a new one.. grinder with an aluminum disc made quick work of it.. :)
