The short answer is yes.
-cylinder skirts were thicker for 2013
-fuel mapping has continually gotten better every year
The excessive piston to cylinder clearance has not been changed though. I would still consider the pistons due for replacement by 2000 miles because of this. Throw a MTNTK fix kit in and your probably good for the long run.
