121 to 141 clutch and gear setup?

Just put a 141 by 2 track in my 01 xcsp 500 any ideas on what would be the best clutching and gearing setups . Any one have links for basic clutch tuning or info on setting up clutches I have worked on lots of sleds, but never messed a lot with clutches. Thanks in advance.

a good place to start is to try and copy the 2002 600 RMK for clutching and gearing. Though you do have less hp than the 600, I think it would be the closest thing to getting it to work like a mountain sled. What you may want to mess around a bit with is the primary clutch weights as they would be a bit heavier for the 600 motor. Watch for peak RPM to determine where you fall with this. A lot of clutching stuff is trial and error, but with the 700 version of this that I did in 2003 the RMK set-up got the thing to rip pretty good. Have fun...
