12 Rules Poster on M sled!

We were reading the 12 Rules poster from one of our M sleds and one of the "rules" is not to ride after midnight! Thought this was pretty funny and wondering if anybody had any thought of why we can't ride after "midnight"?
Will the sled turn into a pumpkin?
