12 Assault clutching opinion

Looking for opinions on clutch option for my assault switchback.I ride mostly wisconsin and some UP trail off trail, wondering what is a good after market clutch kit to add to wake my sled up.Eventually i might switch to a 1.75 inch track ,would want something to work with stock and that track as well,.

Thanks

2" track and 20:42 gearing.....thats the same as a snowchecked version like i have...perfect for your kinda riding if your leaning more towards off trail and i just got back from west yellowstone being clutched to poo specs of 8000-10000 and it was perfect out there

My last sled was a 08 600 and after putting in a different clutch kit from epi that thing rocked! Thats what im hoping to get for my 12 assault. My elavation is less than 3000 feet and snow is marginal except for the UP.And as far as a track i would not go bigger than a 1.75,hoping that would still be trail friendly and not be burning up slides.

I ride the same area and have the same sled. You can get a 2" cheaper than a 1.75 for sure which in turn will help pay for the scatchers you will need. My girls 600 swbk has a 1.75 backcountry track on it. Great track and no major damage with 800+ miles on it.

EPI clutch kit

I have a 12' Switchback Assault and put a clutch kit from "carls cycle" in it. Consisted of EPI Weights, different helix, and primary spring. It was a hands down difference over stock when i was out west. (thats the only time ive had a comparative sled side by side with me)... ran about 300.00 by the time i got it home with shipping
