So we got 4-5 inches of good dry snow last night. We were able to ride right out of cabin and to The Last Resort area. Trail had been groomed a few days ago so conditions were ideal with the fresh snow on it. Again, the crunchy snow from the past few days made it so our Indy with a 1.35” track could break trail in ungroomed areas. We rode up to the ridge and into the valley below it. We passed a small cabin and a bridge and turned around.
Conditions were perfect for us trail riders. I can only guess that it’s be even better up high for mountain riders.
