Is that waste gate I hear non stop waisting boost?

Normal for the way he is feathering the throttle...it is normal for 2smoke riders, and we don't realize how much we do it....took me a few rides on my nytro to quit doing it....4smokes perform better constant throttle...

Its not wasteing boost its actually helping spool faster

Properly setup BOV will stay open until it sees a tiny bit of boost it allows the sled to run n/a to help spool instead of sucking air through the tubes intercooler turbo airfilter ect.
 
The blow off valve will not close unless you are under boost, so yes it will be open at idle.

It closes the second you open the throttle. . . As the vaccum holding it open drops instantly. It is controlled by a solenoid valve though on this so It is hard to say. I am pretty sure alot of guys will have then plumbed to atmosphere though. Cat cannot do that as the EPA will not allow it. The good thing is that the air has not been metered for the BOV so wasting it to atmosphere is ok unlike if it was on a car with a mass airflow sensor and the air was metered then it would need it returned to the intake track.

you are so wrong.its how u stay out of the lagand keep the turbo spooling so u have instint boost.constint throtle is for the point and pin itguys.and the bov helps because it sends air into the intake. i love the sound. if u don't work the trottle u well not be going were i do.

Actually Mtdream is correct. When under constant throttle you are allready on boost so throttle response is instant. Turbos only lag when going from 0 boost. The bov is to help with the throttle response when going on and off the throttle (on and off boost). There is no need to pop the throttle on and off on 4 strokes. PIN IT TO WIN IT

funny ****.i've been building sleds for for years i know how they work.on the new cat the bov is loud.back off the gas at all u hear it. pin it to win it is for old men...its so 2005.. come ride with me for a day and well see how that works for you.even better go to www.ridewithchrisbrown.com and i'll come out with you. aswell in the vid its super mellow trees and working the piss out of the gas to make it fun. as soon as it snows more i'll have some pin it vids for ya.they are claiming the snow well start tomorrow.
