Hey RacinStation - you have a pic or part # of that shorter flap?

Why would you pay for a shorter flap? Take 3 minutes with a utility knife and trim yours a bit.
If you cut along those molding lines in the plastic, it looks factory.

how do u get the white off the letters

I guess if yours was broke off -you'd probably have to buy one.
That's why I'm asking for the part #.

Cut the flap, blacked out the white letters, removed all decals! Setting next to my M7. That flap is EASY to cut with a razor! A couple of the big decals on the side panels weren't on very good! Be careful if you want to keep them!

I taped around the letters and used BONDO brand Bumper Black paint. Got it at Ace

Those warning decals are almost molded into the flap - how did you get those off ? lots of heat gun? We ended up using a black decal and covered them. And yes - sharp utility razor knife - less than a minute.

i used acetone on my old one. worked fine

Carb cleaner on a rag and scrub it off.

laquer thinner will take the white and warning paint off in seconds. I also trimmed my flap at the top line with no overheating issues. Photo isn't the best but you can see it...........
