1/4" turn stud question

Can someone tell me what holds to 1/4" turn studs onto the side panel? I ordered new 1/4" studs from Babbitt's online and it didn't come with anything to hold them in place. Parts fiche is confusing for this piece... Is this the correct part number for the piece that holds the stud in place? Retainer,1/4 turn 7710634 or is Clip, U-Type Speed

If you lost a stud you'll need the retainer as well.

You can buy the star washer that hold the duz fastener into the panel at any hardware store. Also there is a plastic washer in there that can be found at the hardware store.

After I seen the price on it, there's no doubt in my mind I will be heading to the hardware store... WTF $2.95 a piece c'mon!!!

Price is ridiculous, aren't the 1/4 turn fasteners about $11.00 each?
