I am putting a BD turbo on my 09 D8. The guy I bought the turbo kit from rides washington and the west coast. I live in colorado and ride co,ut, and wy. I called boondocker and the setup they recommend is 10-68 polaris weights, 165310 orange primary spring, 18280 black orange secondary spring, and their own custom cut helix # 404636. Just wondering who is running this setup, how do they like it etc. Also what else are people running have been calling around to shops but of course they are not going to give out their info. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

i liked bd set up but i liked a straight 48 beter than there multi angle helix as do I on my 2012 pro.

This will be my first sled with a turbo and I don't know a whole lot about clutching. Is it just personal pref about the straight cut, or is a durability thing with the multi angle cut? Can some break it down a little for me or send me to the right website. Thanks

I have the low elevation setup - almond primary spring, bd multi cut helix, stock secondary spring. The power curve is smooth, but I like a harder hitting bottom end.

Black/orange secondary seems to be most popular. I wouldnt buy polaris weights id look into a set of MDS turbo weights then you can adjust the grams up or down if need be.
