help I cant seem to find a spot for my muff pot (it would be a sin to go back to cold lunchs) Any body else come up with a solution?

I have an 08 M1 and I put my hotdogger on the pipe right before it goes into the can. And I had to face it toward the front of the machine, as opposed to the sky.

Mines right were the y pipe and pipe come together. Its real close to the hood but thats were all the m's in our group have them

Think this has been covered 10 times since summer.

Thanks for the great pics, I have a older muff pot, managed to get it mounted like you did but I guess I need to update muff pot as mine dosent have the locking bail.tlm700

if you have an mbrp can or one similer in size it clamps perfectly around it worked great until i bought twins haha now it fits perfectly before the can

i dicked around with mine and i found the best spot for mounting was on my mbrp can. i have never used it yet but plan too this weekend if we get the 7 inches in the for cast

I bought one today and think I am going to rivet it to the stock can , right on top,I was going to put it where the y pipe is but I need a smaller clamp, well see

I mounted mine right on top of my SLP canister. It is tipped forward a bit but it's easy to access and isn't even close to rubbing anything.

I understand Y pipe cooking is like cooking with the large burner on the stove on high. Canister cooking is more like slow cooking in a crock pot, so I'm told.
