09 dragon 800 another a arm

just bent another a arm at the tune of 190, any suggestions on stronger ones but dont want to destroy the tunnel. it just seems that it doesnt take much of a hit to bend the dragon a arms they are chrome moly i believe

you could put almost 20 a arms on that thing for what it would cost to replace the tunnel and im sure that all the aftermarket a arms are heavier than stock

Stop hitting stuff :-)

The Holz one's are lighter, but I don't know if they are stronger.

I've bent 6 arms now. Went with Zbroz and have hit stuff just as hard if not harder without bending. No bulkhead damage thus far. Really like the higher ground clearance of the zbroz over others out there...

bent a arms

you guys are right quit hitting stuff, the first a arm was bent in a hole i couldnt see, it shouldnt of bent, the last one was a big rock that was coveredglad it bent. yes i want the a arms to give first but i was just wondering about after market--if they are better

Unfortunately you've got to stop hitting things or get used to it. Between my 05 Fusion, 06 Switchback, 07&08 Dragons, and 09 Assault, I have now bought 32 A-arms. Only a couple on the Fusion seemed more fab defect than my fault.Yes, I do a lot of backcountry in cutdowns with hidden stumps, rocks, and stuff you really don't want to ever see. By contrast, I wrecked my 08 XP S-module in a little washout at maybe 5-7 mph on my first ride. $1000 but the A-arm survived.
