09 700 RMK Shocks

After reading the other thread about Fox shocks, I decided to look into it. I have a plain jane 2009 700 RMK 155" and was curious if the Fox Zero Pro shocks (ski set and rear kit) would be good set up for this sled. When I ride with the GF, it's mostly trail stuff as this is her first year on a sled. When I ride with others, we hit the powder and hills. Also, like most others, I have to really look at the cost of such items. I'm thinking of getting the rear kit first or should I replace the front (ski shocks) first?

Thanks
Rich

Well, I went ahead and ordered the Fox Float2 shocks for my sled, and I plan on keeping the sway bar. Any suggestions on PSI for a 190lb guy that runs trails and powder?

what was your reasoning for going with the floats over zero pros? i want to get some sometime but dont know what

After researching sled shocks, reading what other had to say about shocks, I decide to spend the extra and get the Float 2 shocks. I also order some Skinz brand Fox Float shock protectors to protect these spendy babies.

Now to save up for a TS Mountain Tamer set up.

Don't the Dragons come with "better/upgrade" shocks versus what comes on the standard RMKs, like mine? If so, this is a big upgrade for my sled.

I have a 09 D800 with the WE air shocks .Wifes sled is the standard 09 RMK 700.In the deep pow and trails I can't really tell much differance.I only weigh175lbs but if your a big guy and jump it you may see a big differance
