Looks pretty set up. Was there still some good snow? It looks setup but yet soft. Better than when I was there over Christmas anyway.

It was set up where people had riden the day before but it was knee deep int the trees at the back.

Only been to Beaver once...awesome area.Also been to SilverSands. Would like to go riding on April 1 or 2 if anyone is interested. Leaving from PG.

It was a nice day Sunday - some new fresh pow - nice riding for April.

Sent you a PM. We are leaving today, planning to sled in beaver sunday and monday.

Was up there sunday and monday. Snow was pretty good. We didn't go very far in but played on the smaller faces and in the trees. There's about a foot of powder on most untouched slopes.

Who else was there sunday? The trail was one big ice rink, had a good 15 sleds lined up on the trail, no body could get up because of the ice. EVerybody grabbed a shovel and we carved out a new trail for that part of the trail, after that it worked alright. There's still lots of ice though. Stay on the throttle and you'll be ok.

Were you up there on sunday Freddy? Staying at the Pomoroy? Saw a couple of M1000's that look just like yours.

conditions yesterday

Great spring ride! Nice and hot out with good spring snow. Got a couple pics of some of the riding. Looks like there is some more time to ride yet! At least 2-3 weeks left.

Made a bit of a vid. Not much but it was a good time. Didn't go to far in as most of our group had never been to the mountians before this. But we had fun none the less.

Sorry for the late reply 600Xc - haven't been on the site in a while. Yeh - we were there Sunday and Monday as well - went over to the back side of PK on Monday - found some nice fresh snow back at the lake.
Should still be good for a couple rides yet. A couple of pics from the rides.

Very cool. So that was you guys that we met. You past on the trail on the ay in, then we pasted you when you stopped in the first big bowl when you come into beaver. We had three dragons, one black RMK, and a red edge in our group. BTW my Buddy is absolutely in love with your super duty. Or who ever's truck you had parked at The Pomoroy with your two sleds on the deck. lol

HEEEEELLLL YEAHHHHH!!!! Rode Hassler on Friday, temp was +12!! Was able to get all the way into the very back of hassler headin towards the burnt. Went in the front way past the Andy Jenglum sign RIP. No creeks open yet and at least 6 ft of snow over them. Ran into 2 cariboo, 1 of em stole some garlic prawns outta my muffpot and a beer also. ! had a collar on. tops of most hills were bare. A few slides had come down but nothin major. Seen 2 different sets of grizzly tracks also. Looks like were going to give it 1 more try next days off. Should be no problem unless we get 30 above for a few days in a row.
