'07 summit x no gauges or handwarmers?

First ride of the season on my 2007 summit x, my tach worked intermittently, then quit altogether, with the needle stuck at 5500RPM, my handwarmers quit at the same time. Also the speedo/odometer/idiot lights quit. The sled seemed to run fine. Any advice as to where to start, other than buy a new M8?

Do you have lights?? A couple buddies had similair thing happen (I think they lost there lights though) and it was a $10 relay under the dash that failed. Right side I believe.

X2 usualy is the relay.
