07 RMK which helix?

I have an 07 600 rmk that is stock, sled is ridden at 8-10k, all clutching is stock. When getting into a climb the motor once loaded down sits in at around 7700 rpm. The springs are good and I am running 54 gram weights so I know the sled is not backshifting correctly, i see that some are running epi's belly buster weights with a steeper helix in the d8's and having success. What helix are some of you running in your 600's to achieve the same result?

I thought the manual called for 10al's for your setup. I have a 64-40 helix in mine with a black/white secondary spring and 10-54 weights and It will pull 8450 on my 07 with a 660 kit. I would try the 10 al's and the secondary spring first. I also have a SLP blue/pink primary spring.

I'm pretty sure the chart says 10-54's for 8-10k, the sled will hit 8000 rpms before the motor is loaded down by the climb then it settles down to 7700 or so. I just think it is not backshifting correctly hence the rpms are dropping because it is trying to pull to "high" of gear, aka the secondary spring is not stiff enough or the final angle in the helix is a little steep. Do you think my stock 6 would pull a helix that the 660 will pull? I am contemplating on calling Carls Cycle monday and buying whatever they recommend.
