06 900 RMK misses when cold please help!!

I have a 2006 900 151 with an SLP intake and MBRP can. it was running fine all year until a couple weeks ago now when it is cold it will hesitate and miss right around 5000RPM. Even after a short stop on the trail and everything cools down a bit. Once it is fully warmed up it will run fine with a slight hesitation when the throttle is run to about 1/2-3/4. When pinned it works fine.
Clutching is ok, tps and wiring is fine and I did test the EGT sensor it works when I heat it but hard to relate the resistance to a specific temperature. Stator has all been checked and is within specs. No CEL lights. What could it possibly be? I have done all the other normal stuff like new plugs.
Things I haven't checked
Fuel pressure, Intake air temp sensor, Barometric prssure sensor DET sensor however I would think these sensor would give me a CEL light.
Any ideas??? You guys on here seem to be very knowledgable regarding the 900 issues and this is the first year for me on this sled.
If the sensors weren't $150 each I would buy some new ones to try.
The elevation I ride is 1500 feet as I am not in the mountains.

sometimes on a CFI or EFI sled ,when the aftermarket can gets burned out it will do that, untill the can get hot again the can Is not staying warm enough. that could be it. try to put your stock can back on and see if it goes away?

I have never had it reflashed and the reason why is that it was working fine. I would assume the flash never changed something else must have changed. I could see it being a program if it was doing it when I got it.
I can see the can issue as it is really load right now. I don't have a stock can to try as it had the MBRP on it when I bought it.

you can always try to heat the can up first to see if it goes away, just put some heat on the top of can you got, to get it warm then take the sled for a ride and see.

i have heard of several mbrp cans causing runability problems on the 800 and 900 polaris sleds. that would be one of the first places to look.
