Hey guys,m picked up a really clean stock 05 rev, just wondering what the best bang for buck mods are. its only a 144 i plan on finding a 159 for it. Just want to keep it relyable but a lil more pep.

I will 2nd Joey's motion.........by far best bang for the buck stock is DJ's kit. Thing flat out rocks!!

I would add, in order.
-DJ's clutch kit
-HPS can
-some skis, the stock skis in 05 sucked. I prefer simmons but you can choose for yourself.

I would also move the handlebars to the forward position. Big improvement in steering and handling.

Im looking at something similar...barely used 05...what did you pay if you dont mind me asking?

First check to make sure carb boots aren't cracked. get new 07 style if they are the original. Has it had the top end gone through? rings should be replaced if not. otherwise, to go to a 159", you need a different heat exchanger and piece that goes around it and rail extensions from WildChild or Ice Age rails. Check my link out. I had an 04 800 144 and went to a 159.
