Any help would be great. It back fires and does not want to run very well. I have replaced the Head Temp. Sensor, as this has fixed this problem before. I this was the 4th Sensor in 2 Seasons. I have Ohmed out wires to find them good. Any ideas?

Trace those wires down from the temp sensor down to the cdi box past coupler. Odds are good that one of them got rubbed/cracked.

Maybe the sensor you bought is junk? I have a bypass resistor from SLP that I plug in to test, known good quantity thing.
Does it eventually clean out and run or won't run anywhere? Check the exhaust bellows for a tear and check the reeds for chipping.
