Sled starts fine but I have to play with the choke all the time to keep it idling. Choke the Sled and it revs a little higher then when it drops back down it just dies. Using the throttle to try to keep it running its bogs a little bit then revs up again.

Clean or replace the idle jets. I would guess one or both are plugged. I have done at lease 40 ATVs, mowers, sleds, edgers, what have you that have this problem. I am convinced it's the ethenol in the fuel. The hole in the idle jet is smaller than a pin and easy to plug. Several come in and will only run with the choke on. Cleaning the idle jet fixes them.

Yep pilot jets are plugged
Re have replaced the jets, drained and replaced the old gas and cleaned the exhaust valeves still having the same problem.
I would clean the jets and them drain the gas and put in half regular and half 91 octain then put a little SeaFoam in it. i had the same problem with my 02 RMK 800.
Idle
Check for an air leak. Cracked carb adapter, blown crank seal etc. While it's running, squirt those areas with brake cleaner or WD 40. If rpm changes then you have found your leak.
