I assembled my 800 a few weeks ago, stopped by the dealer and the tech printed out the torque specs for me. Last night I didn't have the sheet with me and was going from memory. Now I have it in front of me.
Cylinder Head: 18-22
Cylinder Base Nuts: 30-34
Crankcase (8mm): 20-24
Crankcase (10mm): 26-30
Flywheel: 90
7/16" Engine strap bolts: 44-48
Torque head bolts prior to torquing cylinder base nuts.
I'm not sure how to describe the torque sequence other than start in the center and work your way out for the case and head bolts. Maybe someone could post a pic of the sequence.
