02 edge 700 xc clutch??

i have an 02 700 edge xc and the spyder is bad. can anybody tell me if a clutch off from an 04 600 edge rmk will be the same. so i could swap them. i have a friend who has one i could buy. i idont want to do it if it wont work. thanks for any inifo guys!!

I'm pretty sure they are the same, but check the polaris website and see if the part numbers are the same.

Clutch

Should work. I actually used the clutch off my 700 on an 800 for a season and I have interchanged cluthces from my 500 Liberty's to my 700 as well.

We even limped along last year with a 02 550 fan clutch on an 800 so one of the guys could keep riding.
